You need to read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. Calories have nothing to do with it. You should be eating about 0.4 gram of complete protein per pound of body weight every day, counting only 6 grams per egg, 12 grams per glass of milk, and 24 grams per quarter pound of meat. Cut down on bread products and added sugar. Eat veggies with every meal to keep your bowel movements regular. If you eat more protein than the body needs it is burned as ordinary but expensive calories. The liver has to work harder to process the products from proteins, so it is possible to cause some damage.

BTW Protein supplements such as powdered whey usually cost about $1.25 for as much protein as you get in a quarter's worth of milk.
