Hi I am Mary Angeline Ramos, i need answers to my question this is for study purpose.
Thank you for all your answers, For me most of the companies have HR because it has the biggest part or contribution in the company. They help the employees to be more motivated and responsible in their field of work.
For me if a company doesn't have HR, then there will be a problem in handling jobs such as recruiting new employees, training them and disseminating work assignment.
Thank You miss Ninna, yes that will be a problem if there is no HR in a certain company because HR are the responsible one in the said field of work.
HR is very essential in a company. So not having them will deteriorate company's reputation and work quality.
Thanks for the answer Mr. Steve. That also comes in my mind, that without HR, it can really affect the company in many ways.
Because HR is so essential in a company, not having them will be a big chaos especially in the management. Who will move the recruitment job? Who will train employees? Who will manage employees concerns and needs? Without HR the company will be in Danger zone.
That is a great idea, but iv'e seen some company that doesn't have HR, but its just a small company so the bigger the company is the greater the need for HR.
Not having HR in a company can cause confusion and misdirection. Some employee will be confused in their field of work. No one can guide them if they needed guide.
Good answer, thank you for answering. Yeah, i realized that when there is no HR employees don't have the advantage of getting help/guide from them.
Hmm, Without HR in a certain company there will be a hanging work job process. No one can move or do the job an HR should do, like hiring employees. And the company will have difficulty in relating and managing their employee.
Thanks Bradley, as you said the company will really have hard time in communicating and relating to their employee without HR, because HR is the bridge of the company to the employees.
The HR is the very essential department of every organization. In the lack of HR or management in a particular organization, it would be tough or frankly telling near-to-impossible for an organization to function. An HR monitors over employees, keeps a track, listens to their problems and do much more. Without HRs a company would be like a flock of sheep, but without a shepherd.
In my view, a good HR department is a critical asset in any organization because its sole focus is on human capital—the number one issue CEOs face around the world, according to a recent survey released by The Conference Board. An investment in human capital (as opposed to financial capital) often yields the best return for an organization.
There will be some manager who will be doing hiring, firing and other HR based roles along with his actual stuff.
