So this player, been wheeling me for a while, friends with my sisters boyfriend, I agreed to a date with him this Sunday I would've done it Saturday but he said he has a friends bday and I just found out that's bs and hes going on a different date. First of all at this point it's really none of your business what he is doing that day nor is he obligated to tell you. Yes, maybe he should have been more forthright but maybe he was afraid of the kind of reaction you are having now. Try and think this thru before you do anything you will regret (even in "fun")

Serious dating is always kind of of a give and take affair before they get live-in serious. If he's clowning you with this lame birthday event, how much does he care. Why don't you come up with some prearranged girls night out affair and really get together with some of your girl type friends, then tell him to make a date for later in in the week.
