Whats the difference between an F/Bb trombone and a tenor trombone?

As far as I can tell, a F/Bb trombone is a tenor trombone, but it has a trigger that replaces some of the positions. For example, on a regular trombone C is in 6th and on a trigger C is in 1st while using the trigger.
