I have translated some children's books from German to English and looking for someone who only looks at whether my translation in the English grammar is good or bad. Is there anything forums with test readers?

If it's popular and you're the author, have you considered publishing the request on your social media account? Basically a sort of "closed beta". Might be better when your QA is familiar with the source, since you're trying to capture the essence of the narrative rather than its terminology.

Thank you for the answer. The children's book series belongs to me. It is popular in Germany. That's why I want to translate them in English. I have already translated 3 books out of 38 books. Unfortunately, I do not know if the translation is good. I'm just looking for someone who looks at one of the books.
