Hi! I'm going to be a freshman at university this year & I'm contemplating on which majors I should go for.

I've always been interested in Psychology & Psychiatry stuff, but now when I'm about to envision my career, I don't know what to go for anymore: Psychologist PhD/PsyD OR Psychiatrist MD.

I'm more eager about being a psychiatrist but I've heard that field is really competitive as pre-med courses are required as well as high GPA & great MCAT scores.

I can handle the Science subjects pretty well but Calculus is definitely not my forte.

So if I am to follow my dream, I'd like to know which majors I will need to take during undergrad. I was thinking of taking Psychology along with pre-med courses. Is it possible? OR Am I just being over-ambitious? I'm also worried that I might not be able to juggle all the subjects well.

If possible, I'd like to know the credit hours I'll need to take per semester for each subject too.
