Why are there no lithium automotive batteries?

There are lion batteries for about everything else but not for regulat car batteries.

Lithium ion batteries are very expensive for the same energy storage as compared to lead acid which are relatively cheap. Lead acid battery are also very good at delivering very high current required for the starter motor.
