Why did Michael Jackson choose to become a singer?

His whole family was involved in music. He always wanted to join his brothers in there band. Then when he was about 10 him and his older brothers became the Jackson 5. There father was hard on them, made them practice non-stop.

He then got a solo spot. He was in some musicals and a talent scout picked him. He then became the amazing king of pop that we all loved and miss terribly.
