My teenage daughter is very sassy and mouthy. Attitude and is not attending her classes at school like she should. I don’t know why and it’s upsetting me.

She's doing it because she can. Apparently there are no consequences to her actions.
Take away privileges. Take away her phone. Take away her computer. No extra curricular activities.
Put her in therapy. You have exactly 3 years to get it under control and establish a relationship with her or the minute she hits 18 she'll tell you to eff yourself and take off.
