This one might seem a sensitive topic, but I wonder, why A. Hitler didn't get any serious Hollywood flick. After all, this guy, however mental he was, was one of the most important names of the XX century.
Hollywood is not in the business of recording history, it is in the business of selling visual stories. Not word stories, only visual stories. Even though Hitler was important, it's not a good visual story.
Nah, deeply unsatisfying answer. Hollywood is predominantly about selling exciting stories, and this guy's story is very disturbing but you cannot deny it's exciting one.
There must be some kind of a behind-the-scenes agenda going on here :)
