I recently dropped something on my big toe and I got it drained out by the doctor lasering a hole on it. He said my nail is going to come off but it’s not and it’s about a week already. I don’t know what to do cuz I’ve been just wrapping band aids around it and I can walk normally now but still a bit hurt if I were to wear shoes. When will my nail come off so it can grow a new one.

Did you ask how long it would take?
Did you ask what the toe should look like during the process?
Did you ask if the toenail should turn black to indicate the toenail is ready to come off?
