I erased all information of my email off of my tablet. When it reseted it asked for my email again, why did it not ask to put a new one in?? I erased it because I no longer own it, when the person who did own it, asked for my email info I was confused. When I put my email in it worked.. I do not want my email on that device. I sent them instructions to remove my email manually, however the website stated that it only worked on some devices. So what should I do if it doesn’t work?
