Why is Tinkerbell in her own movies so kind, but becomes so bitchy and jealous in "Peter Pan"??

Really simple answer...because Peter Pan left never ever land and got married and had children... Tinker Bell was in love with him... and she’s jealous... he was a boy who would never grow up so she had no fear of him loving another woman but he did leave and therefore grew up and left her!
