Why Pressure Wash is preferred than normal wash?

I want to know why pressure is more favored although normal wash is more safe and cleans windows properly.

Pressure wash blasts the grime away for a fresh, clean sheen.

Also, if they say it's better, they can charge you more. Pure capitalism at work!
