Who is france president?

France president is the man (or wo-man) who answers the call. He (or she) is in charge of the forces moving through the country of France, or forces moving through countries outside of France if those forces contain French men (or wo-men).

I suspect France president is not a man (or wo-man) who can tackle the issue on climate change or any issue for that matter where the decision is not an obvious one. For example, "Vive la France!" is a famous French expression that the president will say when they awake in their bed in the morning.

It is not the storming of the Bastille that causes the change to France president.
