mayb you can ask for a different sitting arrangement from ur teacher. or tell the girl to cut it out. it might sound mean but it wont change the meaning if u b nice about it anyways.
First tell her you feel uncomfortable with her behavior. Maybe that is just her personality and she doesn't realize that it could make others feel weird. If that doesn't work as your teacher to move you.
