I went over to his house to cosplay a few weeks ago, and I got to meet family. For the past month, he always smiles at me whenever we talk. And I can't help but to smile back! So I just found out that I have feelings for him. Just last Friday I asked him if he wanted to hang out sometime, and he said yes! So my question is, does he like me?

He might be liking you.Start talking more nicely to him .If you help him he'l got to like you more. If he likes you he will either pretend he does not like you, or he will try to be around you more than most.if he starts to stare you by smiling .He is now liking you. Hope this helps!
