...  I am still worried that I might have a concussion. Is this possible?

if you had a helmet on it might have shuck you up a bit but probably didn't shake you up to the point where you got the concussion. Is their any type of injury or marks caused from it that you can see bump knot scrap abrasion bruising if not your probably just fine.

It's unlikely that you have a concussion, and if you do it would be minor. It's not a huge deal. The warning signs would be a headache, nausea, vomiting, and just generally feeling like crap. These signs will likely occur anywhere from a few hours after the injury to the day after.
