... about twice a week, I do about 20 push ups daily, about 30 squats daily and martial arts. I'm the most active person in my house yet I am the shortest my baby brother who is 6 is already a little over half my size. I do not eat much except my normal intake because I watch my calories, because I'm also trying to decrease my build I feel like I'm shrinking, why is that? I'm thinking about seeing a doctor because I also think I may have body dismorphia where as I see myself differently in the mirror, please help me
