I'm a girl and I've been trying to get abs for many months now. I workout about 2-3 times a week. I do a couple of cardio exercises like running,burpees,etc and abs exercises like crunches,knee touches and stuff. My workout usually lasts for about an 1hour and a half. So far what I've got is a two pack on the upper part of my stomach but it has since stopped there, no sign of abs are appearing on the lower part no matter how much exercises I do. I do include lower abs exercise like leg drops,V-sits etc in my workout. I eat moderately and am of average weight. Any tips or suggestions on what I can do to get them abs? Thanks!
