Talk to your girlfried. Be honest about feeling attracted to another girl, and confused about what to do. If you are looking elsewhere, she has the right to know. Allow her to choose whether you have the qualities she wants in a partner. Wouldn't you want to know if she was interested in someone else?
If she chooses to end your relationship, she gets the benefit of feeling decisive and righteous rather than "he dumped me for someone hotter", and you are out of a relationship that wans't a good match.
If things don't work out, I suggest you have the decency to wait a few months before starting another relationship.

Leave it to me, I'm a girl. You could just ask that girl out and make her your ex girlfriend. When your girlfriends find out they're ex girlfriends, they will probably become friends or give you presents all the time to see which one is the best girlfriend. All girls do this. They will spoil you!
Hottie girls are usually not into anyone but cool kids. anyway, the girl you're with already obviously loves you and you can't guarantee that this other girl likes you at all. I'm just saying don't jump off a cliff of love here. This might not make sense but trust me. If you like the girl your with then stay with her. It's as simple as that.
