Ok, so you two like eachother but he is already in an LDR? I say if that's the case, wait the relationship out. Don't think too much about and live your life like nothing has changed. Do your own thing and be kind. It is so attractive to many guys when a girl is confident, also people cam feel when someone is desperate. So, if he is in an LDR and likes you, you can try to discuss it with him, but I say maybe you should just wait it out and see what happens.
