I accidentally spilled oil base paint on neighbors porch and told her I would pay for repairs. Porch is old, stairs and railing new. I worked myself 10 hour of cleanup. Spent $100 to clean up. Still not good. She wants me to pay $2500.00 for a new epoxy finish. What is fair?

DOES IT HAVE AN EPOXY FINISH NOW? No, if it did, cleaning up would have done the job. She's trying to take advantage of you. Call any contractor who specializes in cleaning and repair, and get a few free estimates. It's not your responsibility to buy her a new porch, you are only responsible to repair damage you caused.
