I'm fourteen years old, and I weight 131 to 132 pounds, and I'm wanting to lose a good 12 to 22 pounds. I'm wanting to know that are some good foods to add to my diet to help me lose weight, and kill my extra fat cells, and how much that I should run a day at a Constance speed to lose a pound or half a pound a day, and I'm wanting to achieve this goal within a month or two, thanks!
