The business plaza in which my fitness studio resides only allows 8 parking passes per business, but we have more than 8 employees. Is there some kind of system that would check in and check out parking passes to employees when they need them, rather than keeping them in their vehicles? The building ops do not have an answer for this :( We also sometimes have substitute fitness instructors once in awhile so having this system for them would be very useful as we cannot provide unlimited parking passes! Thank you for any answers and/or advice!

Yes, businesses can implement various systems to facilitate the swapping out of parking passes. Several approaches can be employed to manage this process efficiently:
Digital Management Systems: Implementing a digital parking pass management system can streamline the process. Software or apps can be utilized to allocate, track, and swap parking passes. These systems allow for easy reassignment of passes, enabling businesses to manage them electronically.
Barcode or RFID Systems: Using technology such as barcodes or RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) on parking passes allows for easier tracking and swapping. Employees can scan passes in and out, making it simpler to manage and exchange them when necessary.
Online Platforms or Portals: Creating an online platform or portal for employees can facilitate the exchange of parking passes. This can include a dedicated section where employees can request, return, or swap their passes. These platforms could also include approval processes for such exchanges.
Designated Administrator or Coordinator: Having a designated individual responsible for managing parking passes can streamline the process. This person can oversee the issuance, tracking, and swapping of passes, ensuring a smooth exchange between employees.
Scheduled Rotation or Calendar System: Implementing a scheduled rotation system or a calendar for pass allocation could be an effective way to manage pass swapping. Employees can be assigned specific times or durations for pass usage, allowing for a fair and organized exchange process.
Mobile Applications or QR Code Systems: Implementing a mobile app or QR code system can simplify the swapping process. Employees can use their smartphones to scan QR codes for pass allocation or exchange, making it more convenient and efficient.
Self-Service Kiosks: Installing self-service kiosks at the business premises could allow employees to manage their parking passes themselves. These kiosks could enable pass issuance, returns, and swaps through a user-friendly interface.
