Because Saturn is gigantic and is a gas planet, can Saturn one day increase in size and evolve into becoming the next Sun, since the sun we have now will surely die, will the planet Saturn become the new Sun one day?

It would take an intense amount of new matter for that to happen. Find an image comparing the size of our sun to Jupiter and Saturn- our star is FAR larger in size and mass- and our sun is a small star.
A little google searching to further explain. Our sun is our comparison for other stars- this is considered 1 solar mass. It's expected that the smallest mass needed to make a star is 0.016 solar masses. Saturn is 0.00028 solar masses. If I'm doing my math right, Saturn needs to be over 57 times larger to become a star- I don't guarantee I'm doing that math right, but it does have to be far far larger for that to happen.
