Am I 100% Hispanic American even though only one of my parents was born in Guatemala?

I know I am American because I was born in the US, but the Guatemalan constitution states states that " Guatemalans of origin are also children born to Guatemalan father or mother born abroad. Exceptions are children of diplomatic officials." Does this mean that I am Guatemalan of origin even though only one of my parents was born in Guatemala? Am I 100% Hispanic American?

Yes you are also a Guatemalan of origin because your one parent was born there. You would be 100% hispanic if both parents are "only" hispanic and not "something else as well".
