This might sound silly but I honestly don't know at this point.
Usually I would consider myself left-handed but a few things have come to my attention that seem to challenge this:

- I use cutlery, write and do archery left-handed. But do almost everything else right-handed like holding a stick, throwing a ball, boxing etc.

- I have this very distinct memory of when I was very young, about 4 or 5 years old. I was about to eat dinner but I switched the cutlery around so the fork was on the right and the knife was on the left but the spoon was still on the right. The reasoning for this was simply because I thought the fork and spoon "looked good" together (told you it sounds silly). That's how I use cutlery to this day (knife on left side, fork and spoon on the right).
This may have been me forcing myself to be left-handed at a young age, which stuck with me along the years.

- Though I write far better with my left hand than my right, the handwriting is still somewhat messy. And I write far better with my right hand than most right-handed people do with their left.
Perhaps I trained myself to write with my left hand (due to thinking I was left-handed because of how I used cutlery) even though I should've been practising with my right.

Does anyone know if this is the case or know of any similar cases? Should I carry on using my left hand or try practising with my right? If this is the case, should I stop using my left hand or would I just become ambidextrous?
Thank you.
