Blue hair dye to make a toner?

You kinda have to have purple hair dye. Mixing colors with hair dyes is never a good idea unless you really know what you're doing.

If anything just take the blue hair dye you have and get creative with it. For instance dying your tips or adding a few blue streaks from root to tip can make for some enticing and head turning looks.
