Can I change my Oman ROP driving license to Kuwait driving license as I am relocating to Kuwait?

Details:

I have got a job in Kuwait within 3 months of getting the Oman driving license. Can i change this license. What is the procedure to get the Kuwait license, preferably without appearing for test in Kuwait.

I have been issued a GCC License, But i doubt weather it can be changed within 1 year

Please suggest.
