Can you make a website dedicated to a celebrity and profit from it ?

I hope the question's clear but just in case, I meant, the website will be about a specific celebrity and their photos, videos, information about them and many more will be in the website and I want to profit from it as well just like everybody who begin blogging to make money, so is that possible ? or is it considered plagiarism ?

It might be considered stalking and depending upon what you post without permission might give the person the right to come after you legally to stop you.

The people who make money are youtube vloggers.

It would not be plagiarism, but if you wanted to profit off of them you would need their permission, in fact there may be a company or agent that handles their licensing.
