Can you recommend any tools that will help me stay motivated to stay on my eating plan?

The best way is to find an eating plan that works for you and which you are happy with, so you don't need tools to stay motivated. Not sure what you are doing at the moment, so it's hard to suggest something.
It's usually good to be part of a group of people who all follow the same eating plan, you can help and encourage each other.

Your reason for adopting the plan is your motivation. Maybe you don't have a good reason. For instance, a lot of people start a diet hoping that a new body will earn approval from strangers, forgetting that it might take quite a long time to grow that body. That is not a good reason. Take some time to consider your reason and choose one that is a little stronger than what you have now.
