Did I get over-charged at the vets?

Question

Along with 9 other charges that I understand, there is a charge that reads "ISO K9 OHE/NEUTER<1 YEAR."  Another item reads "SPAY CANINE-SMALL."  Is the first charge unnecessary since she did indeed get spayed and there is a "spay" charge?

If you only spayed one pup, possibly. Though it sounds like some sort of tax or external charge, or an informative line.. Why don't you ask them?
