I mean the Americans did not get involved in World War II until the Pearl Harbor attacks. Is that right?

This is a pretty good question if I understand what you mean. Are you asking that because the U.S played a key role in ending WWII, and without ending WWII the Holocaust may have kept going on and on? Because if so, it's possible, but it is likely that the Holocaust would have ended before complete genocide, and it's likely that the U.S would have eventually joined if Pearl Harbor did not happen. But, it did happen, so it's hard to say. I think the answer is that the Holocaust ended as soon as it did because of Pearl Harbor. Sorry if that's not a good answer. It's a puzzling question.
