Do I have to cover the fare of the transportation from one airport to another for change of airport?

Depends on the airlines rules, they most probably would want the customer to pay but it will state that in your itinerary at the time of booking. It usually happens in Tokyo- I always have to pay for my transport from one airport to the next.
