Does over-watch have bots or offline play?

Details:

im thinking about buying both overwatch and battleborn but i don't have internet on my console right now does overwatch have bots so i can play by myself till i get internet again?

Not 100% sure, but I am for sure that it is mostly multiplayer. A
I know they have some bots but it's for practice. It was made to play online.
It has no offline mode. Or rather it does have A.I modes but you must have internet to play it.
