Could someone possibly explain it to me?
“To demonstrate ability to read music accurately: Prepare a passage with solfege and rhythm counts. Sight sing a melody with some chromatic notes accurately, at a steady tempo”

"Prepare a passage with solfege and rhythm counts" solfege being the do re mi scale and rhythm counts being the amount of beats each note counts for. For example: you would count a sixteenth note as 1 e & a because it has 4 sounds on one note.
"Sight sing a melody some chromatic notes" sing a melody just by reading it. Chromatic notes are the in between notes. Like the black notes on a piano.
