I would like to pay someone in Cuba, I myself am located in Europe. Since PayPal does not seem to be a thing thee, how could I go about paying him?
The amount won't exceed 100$, so no big payments. I would like him to be able to actually use the money, so Bitcoin would not work well, right?
Do you know any way I could pay him?
