By gated community i mean like 20-25 houses. Fully fenced. Something like the Kardashians live in. I am a property developer and looking for quotes. I would imagine it to cost like 20million dollars. Anyone know how much it would cost? Please just give a price and dont say you cant afford because i make $3 million a year.
