How to convert videos.bin to mp4?

Usually, .bin files are ISO images. You could try some things:
* launch VLC and click on File > Convert/Stream Open; then open your file, select the H.264 output format
* download WinX DVD Ripper and convert the ISO image to MP4 or other formats; the software works with any DVD, ISO image, video ts folder;
* download Handbrake and try to convert it. It may convert the file.
