well you can uninstall your internet provider and try and fix it that way or you can not to use the mail email for your mail then you go to your email and send it that way do a web browser clean up this might help also
I have the same problem since Google took over and ruined a perfectly good program. Google says log in and I try but it never works? Is there a software program that is compatible with Google and like Picasa? Thanks.
