it just says fitness, does that mean a swimsuit thing or do i have to do something? its miss outstanding teen near where i live and i can't find any info

I think it means "fitness" as in, how in shape are you?  You don't need to be a body builder or anything but I'd recommend being at least somewhat in shape.
