The structure i want to design is like "Ithaa" in Maldives. It is fully submerged. I have found Sacs to be used in designing offshore oil platforms. Is it any good for designing a fully submerged structure?
I want to design an underwater structure (Fully submerged). Is Bentley Sacs a good software for this
