My ex wife wants to take my 14 year old past the 75 mi. limit with her new husband to live in a different city, when the courts said that this was the limit. Can she do that legally?

If the divorce decree days she can't then she cannot. If its 100 or more miles then you may want to get a lawyer and fight it. If she's moving 85 miles away do you really want to spend the money on a lawyer for those 10 miles? Just make sure she meets you half way for drop off and pick up for the child for visitation.
