This boy in my class was born on January 30 and I was born on June 8th does that make him older than me or younger than me?

It depends on the year that you and he were born. If you were born in the same year or if you were born in a later year (i.e. If you were born in 2000 and he was born in 1998), then he is older than you. If you were born at an earlier year than he was (i.e. If you were born in 1999 and he was born in 2001), then he is younger than you.
Not if she was born in 2000 and he was born in 2001 (or any year higher than her birth year). How would someone born in January 1995 be older than someone born in June 1968?
