Helpful or not, this has happened to me. I have recently worn glasses. There are times the eyes see vision glass frames around my eyes. I still see the visions of the dreams, almost daily now.
I would assume they dream blurry. Since dreams are based upon life, if one only saw life in a blur then their dreams would likely be the same. Of course you couldn't really know for sure without asking a person of such.
