If the speaker of the house is next in line to be president, could he be president if he is 33?

If the president and the vice president died, so the speaker of the house would be next in line. But in the qualifications to be representative you have to be 25 years old or older. But to be president you have to be 35 or older. Would the speaker of the house be president even though he is under the age of 33?
