I sorted my fathers estate without telling the executors 5 yrs ago,now I need a copy of the Will & it was held by a Solicitor who was one of the executors.They are not happy but is it illegal! The original I think was taken from my house without permission.

well is there a way that you can be involved and they would get to be involved to in making sure that everything get sorted accordingly they could look into it as already being done in order for it to be legal it would have had to been signed off by them the executors would have had to be involved cause they were okayed to be executors and if it went to probate court which i don't know if that was the case they should except that you did it and now take care of the rest involving you and let your dad rest if they were appointed by a judge then he would have signed off
