when your a teenager a three years difference in age is too much and almost always ends up with both parties getting into trouble. when i was in high school i couldn't go out with a fourteen year old because i was sixteen. she said i was too old. it would be smart not to do it.
Legally, yes, very wrong!! You are classed as a minor in British law. She could face charges of having unlawful sex with a minor and get into trouble if she was found out. It's like any other unlawful activity.. fine if you can get away with it { and deal with your conscience} but if you get caught.. well, you have to equally deal with the consequences!!! Simple!
Yea you can get in big trouble that age is just a number is a bunch of crap. It's known as statutory rape. Meaning you wanted to do it but you weren't of age. So basically you do her and someone finds out then she might go to jail and you are left at home with your parents who might be pissed off that you had sex.
