My apartment manager gave my keys to my exroomates w/out notifing me, do I sue them or exroomates?

I requested my locks to be changed and the keys were given to my exroomates leaving me w/out a key to clean the apartment to make ready for the next tenant, now I am being charged for the cleaning and the security deposit, do I sue the apartments or my exroomates who by the way are not on my lease.

I think you should talk about it to your apartment manager first before suing them.

You could sue both of them given that circumstance. Especially if your ex-roomie entered without your permission.  The manager would be an accomplice in that scenario.
